Reshaped the Oklahoma University Portal to a modern look and better structured content. I started the redesign process by reviewing current UI and comparing it to other Universities from US, while considering stakeholders requirements for new features.
By combining competitive research data & heuristic analysis I redesigned the OU Website Portal and added new features that would enhance the students experience:
- Simplified enrolment process
- Enabled effortless access to key data points that would allow students to review classes schedule
- Provided an easy way for students to access financial information and payments history
The new features were tested with Google analytics map tracking tools and data has shown increased number of online enrolment.
